Title I Reading Intervention: The skills below are reinforced with small group instruction in grades 1-3.
Grades 4-6 work on the skills listed below. Comprehension Fluency Vocabulary Academic Intervention Services AIS Is provided for all students who score below an acceptable level on the state ELA test given in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade or teacher recommendation. Read 180 This year students in grades 4th, 5th and 6th grade are able to work in the new reading program, Read 180. The program uses small group instruction, independent reading and the computer to reinforce fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and spelling.
