Professional Development

Professional Development occurs in many modalities at Randolph CSD. Teachers at Randolph are given opportunities throughout the year to work individually or with their peers on data analysis, curriculum design and sharing strategies and tools that have helped them improve student achievement.  We have also been very fortunate to have experiences with national presenters and walk away with best practices in education.  Teachers have the opportunity to work in small groups or one-on-one with staff development specialists from Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES and Erie 1 BOCES; utilizing materials and resources to help them grow in the profession and allow for implementation into their classroom instruction.
