I learned to "do" Voice Threads a while ago BUT couldn't think of exactly how I could use them in a meaningful way for my classroom. After visiting my good friend Mrs. Griffith's webpage at the end of the year I was inspired! It was late in the year, but it's NEVER too late to have some learning fun and this voice thread was fun to make. Voice Threads are a very user friendly way for the kids to practice oral reading fluency and tell what they know about a topic. You can also see that they are interactive with listeners being able to comment on the students' work. As soon as this year's students begin to create voice threads they'll be posted here instead. Enjoy!
