    It is important for students to stay active!  It is recommended that everyone get at least 60 minutes of activity per day.  Spreading the minutes throughout the day is the most effective way to achieve this.  Feel free to break up activities throughout the day or do them all at once. We tried to keep activities as equipment free, screen free, simple, and multi-age friendly as possible.  Students may do an activity of his/her choice that increases heart rate (walking, jogging, play soccer, play basketball, ride bike, any previous activity, etc.) Please right down the activity. We have created a list to help with choice activities.  This information (with links) is also on our webpage.

    Directions: Complete each activity assignment.  Parents - Please sign each date confirming that your child completed the assignment and can be turned in to the Physical Education teachers when we return to school.
