Our elementary students embraced the "Heart Healthy Cardinal" spirit throughout the month of February! From energetic exercises to mindful stretches, they worked towards better heart health. Each day, they tracked their activities on their challenge boards, and we couldn't be prouder of their dedication.
To celebrate their achievements, we hosted a special assembly, during which Ms. Stephanie Brown and Ms. Alicia Ekstrom led our students in fun-filled stretches and a pound exercise class! It was a fantastic way to wrap up the month and commend our students for their commitment to staying active and healthy.

The kids at RCS Elementary have started their annual PARP (Pick A Reading Partner) month with some help from the Scooby Gang.

Join us tonight for Family Literacy Night at Gail N. Chapman elementary. All elementary students and their families are welcome to attend. It will be a fun evening filled with a variety of activities, including story time with Velma, Shaggy, and Fred, visiting with farm animals, crafts, and so much more. Don't forget to stop by the Scholastic Book Fair located in the library while you are there.
Our Drama Club stars, Miquela Riddell and Sofia McCue, lit up Shea's Theatre last month at a Master Tap Class taught by the incredible Izaiah Montaque Harris (Eddie Ryan) from the First Broadway National Tour! From tap classes with his mom as a child to shining on stages from Chicago to New York, his journey is nothing short of inspiring. Recent highlights include New York City Center’s Artists at the Center, Riverdance, The Tap Dance Kid, and After Midnight (TapMathematician). Kudos to Miquela and Sofia for dancing their way to greatness!
